Founder and CEO
Sriram Iyer is a Human Resources practitioner, a Certified Strengths Coach and a passionate #hrtech advocate. In his two decades of experience in the Human Resources function, he has anchored cross-border talent initiatives spanning multiple geographies, business units & technology segments. Based in Singapore since Jan 2012, he is the Founder & CEO of hrtech.sg. Prior to this, he has essayed leadership roles with the Singtel Group Enterprise and Nasdaq-listed Cognizant Technology Solutions. Winner of the coveted Cognizant Chief People Officer's Global Award in 2010, Sriram is a proud alumnus of National University of Singapore (Singapore).

Naveen founded the Nityo group of companies in 2006 and has over 2 decades of experience in technology leadership. His dynamic leadership style has led Nityo into becoming one of the fastest growing Technology Consulting and Services companies globally. Nityo has an employee strength of over 12000, spread across 25 countries globally. Prior to founding Nityo, Naveen held leadership positions in Ness Technologies and Apar Infotech, gaining vital experience in leading large businesses. He has an acute sense for identifying opportunities and an ability to nurture them into successful client centric businesses. He is committed whole heartedly to building a strong brand for hrtech.sg. Naveen lives in Singapore and has a degree in Computer Science.
Geetha Padmanabhan

Ms Geetha Padmanabhan is a Non-Executive Independent director since 2012 in Second Chance Properties Limited, a mainboard listed company in Singapore. Ms Geetha serves as the Audit Committee Chair and Member of other Board Committees. Prior to that, she headed the Group finance & accounts, compliance and secretarial work for close to a decade. She is a great team player giving strategic direction and out-of-the-box solutions while paying especial attention to good governance and sustainability. Ms Geetha runs a consultancy firm, Synergies, since 2012, which is involved in personal and organizational improvement and resolution of issues through a breakthrough state-of-art intuitive methodology. She is passionate about the possibilities of improving the future generations through this modality. Geetha Padmanabhan is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
